Organizational Development Community of Practice, empowering leadership and staff being totally committed to developing a great vision within the "order of God."  For the purpose of ministering and serving in the vineyard, the heart of NDFOCI is the "Ministry of God," committed to promoting the gospel of "Jesus Christ.  Our contribution as a team will help make the effectiveness in soul winning a more fruitful effort fulfilling and glorifying our "Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."   NDFOCI was created to supply an available platform for all people of faith to minister to "God" and "His" people preparing to reach the world at large with the message of "Jesus Christ."  

·         It is our belief that the "Impact" of the church is not simply within the four walls of a church building or fellowship hall, but in the lives and actions of its member as they serve their prospective communities.  We live to serve "Christ," while our focus is upon training, equipping and reaching.  Our motivation and heir's desires is to live lives that will glorify "God" as we serve "Christ" day in and day out.  We desire to establish relationships and develop ministry partnerships.

·         NDFOCI is a non-denominational ministry.  Our goal is the building of covenant relationship that will establish spiritual leadership.  Our aim is to become a birthing ground that cultivates potential and fulfills destiny.  We are a fellowship designed to recruit, equip and support church multiplication to plant "Christ" where "He" is not "Named."  To help pastors plant new churches by adopting and supporting them.  To bring like-minded churches into fellowship.  To fulfill "The Great Commission," by providing and promoting local and international mission's involvement. 

·         To operate Christian business centers, school's firms, and orphanages, (we currently have four orphanages presently that are need of our help). Adoption or covering medical clinic ect., lives is our values, our mandate is action, our method is teamwork.  We have a standard of excellence, we have a language of love, our currency is faith, we have a culture of service, and we have an attitude of gratitude..
